Your First Dental Visit
Dr. David likes to provide each patient with a thorough comprehensive exam. It includes capturing several images of your teeth and gums using an intraoral camera and radiographs. This will allow you and Dr. David to collaboratively discuss your oral health. Patients are welcome to point out problem areas that they are concerned with.
Patient Forms
Our electronic forms are available online to complete ahead of your initial appointment which allows our team to request any insurance information prior to your appointment and begin your appointment on time.
Dental Insurance
Blue Wave Dental is in-network with Delta Dental PPO, and we are able to work with many popular dental insurance plans to help our patients make the most of their benefits. We’ll give you an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs before providing any treatment, and if you have any questions about what is and isn’t covered, we can answer those, too. We accept and file claims for all other PPO plans.
